  * MHEG 20.3.0 - 27/03/2020
  * HbbTV 20.3.0 - 27/03/2020
  * DSMCC 20.3.0 - 27/03/2020
  * App 20.3.0 - 27/03/2020


The steps for creating a release are as follow:-

  * Check all components are able to build.
  * Change the version number in App/example_setenv.sh
  * Check that all tests pass in automated test system (apart from known issues)
  * Check that combinations of DTVKit comonents work together: 
    * DVBCore, MHEG5, DSMCC
    * DVBCore, HBBTV, DSMCC
    * DVBCore, MHEG5, HBBTV, DSMCC
  * Regenerate and check in the API PDF documents
  * Tag the Release in Github (x(year).y(month).z(version))
  * Regenerate all HTML documentation API from Doxygen.
  * Amend Version Page in Wiki
  * Create release notes (Mantis items changed since release)
