  * mantis-1056 - Split component make files so that an external make system can include source list and defines
  * mantis-1057 - Allow timers to be set that support recording outside of DVBCore
  * mantis-1054 - SI03_003::Logical Channel Descriptor Test failing
  * mantis-1072 - Fix warnings: unused var, assigned value that is never used, never initialized
  * mantis-1073 - Fix warning: Local variable 'num_paths' / 'index' shadows outer variable
  * mantis-1075 - Statements following return, break, continue, goto or throw will never be executed.
  * mantis-1074-1077-1079-1080 - Fix bug
  * mantis-1076 - Array is accessed at index 7, which is out of bounds.
  * mantis-1078 - Remove unnecessary variable.
  * mantis-1081 - Fix warning: taking the absolute value of unsigned type ‘U32BIT’ {aka ‘unsigned int’} has no effect
  * mantis-1082 - Fix warning: ‘strncat’ specified bound 4 equals source length
  * mantis-1083 - Conditions are always true
  * mantis-1084 - Fix leaving uninitialised bytes when writing the database cache
  * mantis-1085 - Fix possible crash
