Release notes for DVBCore in version 22.3.0:

Fixed:

• mantis-1096 - Closed captions aren't always being displayed
• mantis-1097 - Implement popup closed caption style
• mantis-1098 - Teletext isn't displayed fullscreen when closed captions are enabled
• mantis-1101 - Component_descriptors (tag 0x50) in the SDT are not handled
• mantis-1093 - Decoding is being started before a service's PMT has been received
